I am a big fan of Dr Bernstein and bought both the Diabetes Solution and the Diabetes Diet books They are 80 the same book This book has some of the more technical information dealing with insulin injection etc removed and a bunch of recipes added I did not mind buying the same book twice if it supports Dr Bernstein But if you just want to buy the book once get the Diabetes Solution book not this one There are low carb recipes galore free on the internet
